Shipping Policy
We aim to get your magickal mail to you as quickly as possible! Here's what you can expect when it comes to shipping:
Wootique Orders (Shop, Gift Boxes & Merch)
Orders from The Wootique (including gift boxes, ritual tools, and merch) are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Subscription Boxes
Our subscription boxes are billed on the 2nd of each billing month (February, May, August, November) and ship mid-month—around the 15th of that same month. This allows us time to finalize the packing and ensure every detail is just right.
You’ll receive a tracking email once your box has been dropped off with our shipping provider.
Delayed Deliveries
If you haven’t received your item or subscription box within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@thewoowoobox.com with your order number and receipt so we can look into it.
