Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you receive—but we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here's how we handle returns:


Subscription Boxes

All subscription box sales are final.
Due to the limited nature of our boxes, the handmade and seasonal items included, and the planning involved with small-batch creators, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any of our subscription boxes.

If your box arrives damaged or with a missing item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.


The Wootique Items

We accept returns on eligible items purchased from The Wootique (our online shop) within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns will be issued as store credit only.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

Start your return by emailing us at info@thewoowoobox.com.
We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable). Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive something damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can sort it out. We want to ensure your experience is magickal from start to finish.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Subscription boxes

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishables (food, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Beauty/personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

If you're unsure if your item qualifies for return, feel free to ask before purchasing.


Exchanges

Need a different item? The best way to handle an exchange is to complete a return (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order with your store credit.
