Cancellation policy

Billing Cycle

When you subscribe, your first payment secures your spot for the seasonal box currently featured on our website. (We always keep it clearly marked—look for the banner or product description.)

After your first box, your subscription will automatically renew on the following schedule:

  • February 2

  • May 2

  • August 2

  • November 2

This cycle repeats annually. You’ll be billed on those dates and receive a box for the corresponding season.

Pre-Orders & Timing

Each box is offered as a pre-order for the upcoming season. Sometimes, this means you’re reserving a box months in advance—but that’s because they always fill up fast. Pre-ordering guarantees your spot in the next drop of magick ✨

Cancellation Policy

We totally get that things change. Here's how cancellations work:

  • You must cancel your subscription yourself through the customer portal:

  • We do not accept cancellations by email or DM. If you need help accessing your portal or navigating it, we’re happy to help—just email us at info@thewoowoobox.com. But you’ll need to be the one to actually cancel.

  • Cancellations only affect future renewals. Once a box is paid for, it’s considered in progress and cannot be refunded.

Skipping & Pausing

Because we partner with small businesses and artisans who need months of lead time, and we offer a limited number of spots, we don’t allow skipping or pausing subscriptions. Your subscription ensures your place in our exclusive seasonal lineup.

Prepaid Plans

Prepaying means you’ll pay upfront for a set number of boxes (usually 4 for the year) at a discounted rate. While your boxes still ship seasonally, you won’t need to worry about billing until your prepaid cycle ends.

Hi! I’m Sara—the creator, packer, customer service rep, and chaotic creative force behind The Woo Woo Box. This is a one-woman show, lovingly run while I juggle raising three wildlings and working a part-time job. Every box is hand-packed by me, and every item is curated with intention, joy, and a sprinkle of real-life magick. Thank you for supporting a small Canadian business (and mom)!

You can update everything related to your subscription using our portal:

  • Cancel or resubscribe

  • Update your shipping address

  • Change your payment info

  • View your next billing date
