The Sea Witch’s Spell Bottle can act as an offering to a diverse number of water and lunar deities, such as Luna, Manannán, Njörðr, Poseidon, and Selene. This Spell Bottle can also act as an offering to water spirits, such as naiades and mermaids, among other metaphysical entities.

Seashells are the hard, protective exoskeletons of marine mollusks, such as bivalves (clams, oysters, mussels, scallops, etc…), gastropods (snails), and crustaceans (lobsters, crabs, crayfish, barnacles, etc…). Shell formations adapt so their soft-bodied host can survive in the harshest of deep sea environments. Seashells can provide a reliable source of connection to the spirit world, and are often use as tools to stimulate intuition and psychic awareness.

Starfish are star-shaped, saltwater echinoderms, in the same family of marine animals as sea urchins, sand dollars, and sand cucumbers. The term “echinoderm” comes from the Greek word for “spiny skin”, referring to their hard, calcified skin, which helps to protect them from predators. As starfish possess the ability to regrow a missing limb, they are widely revered in healing charms for strength and recovery from trauma.

Celtic salt is an unrefined, sun-dried, coarse sea salt cultivated from clean, unpolluted Atlantic seawater in protected areas off the west coast of France. Its name is derived from the Celtic method of using wooden rakes, allowing no metal to touch the salt. Celtic salt is considered “living sea salt” as every element is included in the cultivation process (the ocean, the sun, wind, and shallow clay ponds). Celtic salt gets its pale grey colour with subtle hues of purple from the minerals that are absorbed from the clay lining of the salt beds from which it is harvested (primarily magnesium). It has a lower sodium content than table salt and a higher moisture content due to the presence of brine water.
